These funds will be disbursed for an all-inclusive playground with parking on Falls Road, Landscaping at the West Falls Colden Community Library and renovating Veterans Park on Davis Road and Bridge Street in West Falls. The State has given the authority of managing the designing, estimating, bidding process, awarding bids, construction oversight, scheduling, closeout and budgeting of each phase / project to the Town of Aurora, with their oversight. There is considerable coordination with many forms and other paperwork involved. Please consider appointing Code Enforcement Officer Elizabeth Cassidy to be the person responsible to perform these duties starting June 8, 2026, with a stipend of $5,000.00 total. The stipend will be paid from the grant funds, with $2,500.00 paid out in the first August 2026 payroll, the balance upon completion of all NY Forward projects duties. Th upervisor Charles Snyder Lal
