Based on our records you have cancelled or no showed Insert # of Cancels and No Shows during the referenced time frame. We understand that things happen, and issues arise where you are not able to ride, however, cancelling the day of the trip does not allow other riders to use the service when they need it. We hope going forward that you will be mindful of scheduling the trips when you need them and cancelling them prior to the day of service. Continued chronic cancellations could result in the suspension or termination of your ability to ride with the Going Places Transportation Program. Thank you!
