Dear Insert Client Name,

You are receiving this letter due to violating the 4-bag policy when grocery or
personal shopping. The 4-bag limit does include cases of water or pop,
packages of toilet paper or paper towels, 5-gallon water jugs, and any other
pre-packed items that are not in a bag. To accommodate both clients and the
drivers, we ask that clients only bring 4 bags or large pre-packaged items per
trip. Not all drivers have the same physical capabilities, so clients should be
able to lift and transport their own groceries to and from the van when loading
and unloading at the store and their home. There is no limit to the number of
days you can take trips to the grocery store you can take in a week, so we ask
that you abide by the 4-bag limit, as it helps keep our drivers on time getting
clients to their appointments. We hope going forward that you will be mindful
of this policy, as continued violations can lead to suspension or termination
of your riding privileges with the Going Places Transportation Program.

Thank you!
Best,
Ryan Gadzo
