5. To start the route for the first trip, tap on the box with the first client’s name. When it pulls up the trip, update the status of your ride by tapping on the navy arrow above the trip you are working on and to the right of the pending tab. After you do this and the screen loads, the tab will say “En Route to Pickup.” a. Once you have reached the trips destination, tap on the arrow once more. This will let the dispatchers know that you have “Arrived at Pickup.” b. Once you are ready to pull away from the pickup location, tap on the arrow again.
