We the Board are committed to ensuring that all decisions are made in accordance with the adopted Title VI plan, to that end no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any Erie County Department for the Aging services and activities based on race, color or national origin, as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Federal Transit law under Title 49 Part 21.
