Thank you for calling the Erie County Department of for the Aging about our Going Places transportation services. We have enclosed some information on some of the services we provide for older adults. I hope you will take the opportunity to look through the information packet to see if there is anything that you may find helpful. Please fill out the registration and consent forms and return them to us at your earliest convenience, so we can review your information to see if you meet the minimum qualifications to participate in our Going Places Transportation van service. There are several municipalities in Erie County that operate their own van service for Older Adults, if you live in one of their service areas you may be required to sign up for van services in the area you live in. If you would like further information, we are happy to answer any questions or concerns you have regarding the support and services offered by the Department for the Aging.
