Members of the Planning Board and ZBA who are absent from three consecutive board meetings or greater than 30% of the total number of meetings in any calendar year may be removed by the Town Board after notice and a public hearing. 39. Motion by __________, seconded by __________, that Michael Shea of West Seneca, New York be appointed Civil Officer of the Town of West Seneca effective January 1, 2026, for the purpose of service of process, etc. without remuneration from the Town. 40. Motion by __________, seconded by __________, that Timothy Hourihan be reappointed to the Board of Assessment Review for a 5-year term effective January 1, 2026, for a term expiring September 30, 2030. 41. Motion by __________, seconded by __________, that the members of the Board of Assessment Review be subject to the call of the Assessor, at an annual stipend of $500 each and the Chairman of the Board of Assessment Review at an annual stipend of $750, effective January 1, 2026. 42. Motion by __________, seconded by __________, that _____________ be retained as bond counsel to the Town of West Seneca for all financing matters. Services will be performed at the fees and charges as described in the ___________ bond counsel engagement agreement, and the Supervisor is hereby authorized to complete and execute a retainer agreement with said firm for all financing matters for the Town of West Seneca. 43.
