MINUTES OF A MEETING AS HELD BY THE TOWN OF AURORA PLANNING & CONSERVATION BOARD March 4th, 2026 Members Present: Chairman Doug Crow Norm Merriman Chris Contento Tim Stroth Alternate Member: Ben Garvey Absent/ Excused: Chris Contento Laurie Katina Angela Griffis Chelsea Root William Heidt Also Present: Peter Sorgi, Hopkins, Sorgi & McCarthy, PLLC Danielle Johnson, Crafted Concepts Daniel LaPietra, Carmina Wood Design Rich Miga, Assistant Code Enforcement Officer Chairman Doug Crow presided over the meeting, which began at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 575 Oakwood Avenue, East Aurora, NY. He led the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS: Chairman Doug Crow asked the board if anyone would like to make a motion on the minutes from last month. Tim Stroth made a motion to approve the February 4th, 2026, meeting minutes. Second by Ben Garvey Upon a vote being taken: Ayes- 5 Noes- 0 Motion carried Chairman Doug Crow stated that there are five (5) voting members present, and all were voting members. With a possible sixth member, but the member is running late, and as long as four members vote in favor, it will pass.
