He led the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Laurie Kutina makes a motion to approve April 1st, 2026, minutes. Second by Tim Stroth Upon a vote being taken: Ayes- 6 Noes- 0 Motion carried Chairman, Doug Crow states Ben Garvey and William Heidt are voting members tonight. ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS: South Towns Working Group: Tim Stroth states there was a quarterly meeting on April 27th, which he was unable to attend. Therefore, there are no updates.
