My client's mental health disorder substantially limits one or more major life activities and disrupts her functioning at unpredictable times. During a recent assessment it was determined that Christine’s new caretaking role of the animals on her property has had a profound positive effect on her cognitive and emotional health. Due to the severity of her mental health symptoms, and the substantial improvement in quality of life that she gets from her animals, | am ordering her an emotional support animal. In Ms. Bruni’s case the animals that bring her the most benefit are farm animals like chickens and goats. | am requesting that Ms. Christine Bruni be allowed to continue raising her current chickens on her property. Please allow for an increase per acre of the amount of chickens she is allowed to keep, as raising them is an important part of emotional and cognitive rehabilitation for her.
