CASE No. 1535 – Corey Auerbach of Barclay Damon LLP, as agent for owner Russo Developers & Builders Inc, for multiple area variances on an existing Open Development Area lot at 0 Maple Rd (SBL: 164.12-1-1.131), East Aurora, NY. II. Adjourned Cases: CASE No 1532 – Thomas Kotarski for the keeping of 5 additional chickens and 1 additional goat at 1234 Center St, East Aurora, NY III. Cases for review: none IV.
