SUBJECT:  Highway Superintendent Adams re Title change of Kevin
  O'Shaughnessy to Highway Motor Equipment Operator

Requested Action:  Please promote and change the title of Kevin O'Shaughnessy from a
  Highway Laborer to a Highway Motor Equipment Operator Group 2,
  Step 8, at a rate of $34.28 per hour, effective May 25, 2026, as per the
  Blue Collar Contract.

  Please advise the Finance Department that this position will be paid
  from the Highway full time account line 002-5110-0144-0000-0000.
