Williams International Homicide Seminar Requested Action: Please authorize Detective Captain James Unger and Detective Anthony Ferrucci to attend the Colonel Henry F. Williams International Homicide Seminar from September 20 - 25, 2026, in Albany, New York. This is an annual seminar which WSPD detectives have routinely attended in the past, and will not exceed a cost of $2,800.00.
