New Cases: CASE #1532 – Paul Cehulic for a front yard fence height variance at 252 Glenridge Rd, East Aurora. CASE #1543 – Korianne Chase for a side yard setback variance to construct an accessory building (shed) at 115 Woodland Dr, East Aurora. CASE #1544 – Alissa Lachina for a side yard setback variance to construct an accessory building (barn) at 2085 Boies Rd, West Falls. CASE #1545 – Timothy Ball for the keeping of two (2) beehives at 483 South St, East Aurora. CASE #1546– Robert Bannister for a front yard fence height variance at 1776 Blakeley Rd, East Aurora. II. Adjourned Cases: CASE #1539 – Matthew Siefert for a side yard setback variance for the construction of a structure over a RV at 850 Davis Rd, East Aurora III. Cases for review: none IV.
