New Cases: CASE #1547– Allison Cullens and Carissa Ferrucci for a side yard setback variance to construct a single-family dwelling and a use variance for an in-law apartment at 0 Underhill Rd SBL: 188.00-1-6.34, East Aurora. CASE #1548 – Donald May of DMAY Woodworks LLC for a front and side yard variances to relocate an existing single-family dwelling. II. Adjourned Cases: CASE #1532 – Paul Cehulic for a front yard fence height variance at 252 Glenridge Rd, East Aurora. III. Cases for review: none IV. Deliberation and decisions for Cases heard.
