9th Town Board Meeting 05/06/2026 Page 9 New Business #12 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Little League. 16) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER HONER, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Little League Baseball. The resolution was unanimously adopted. New Business #13 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Rugby Club. 17) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER HONER, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Rugby Club. The resolution was unanimously adopted. New Business #14 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Little Loop Football. 18) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER HONER, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Little Loop Football The resolution was unanimously adopted. New Business #15 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Soccer Club. 19) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER HONER, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Soccer Club. The resolution was unanimously adopted. New Business #16 Extend the appointment of Chief Greg Sheppard. 20) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER MARIANO, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, TO WIT: WHEREAS, Greg Sheppard is presently serving as Interim Police Chief, and his term is set to expire on May 3, 2026; and
