Town Board Organizational Meeting January 7, 2026 16 RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint William A. Snyder to the position of Town Arborist for the Town of Orchard Park, at the salary stipulated in the budget for a one-year period, which commenced January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The resolution was unanimously adopted. 64) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER HONER, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOMBREA, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint Anna Worang-Zizzo to the position of Director of Planning Department, at the salary stipulated in the budget for a one-year period, which commenced January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The resolution was unanimously adopted. 65) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY SUPERVISOR LIBERTI, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MARIANO, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby establish the following fees for the Year 2026: To be filed in the Clerk’s Office. The Town will continue all fees from 2025 with the following changes. Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Fees – on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Engineering Department Fees – on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Highway Department Fees – on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Police Department Schedule of Fees – on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Recreation Department Fees – on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Town Clerk Fees – on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Community Activity Center/Senior Center Fees – on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planning Department Fee – on file in the Planning Office These are all subject to change if necessary during 2026. The resolution was unanimously adopted. 66) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY SUPERVISOR LIBERTI, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MARIANO, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve the following list of Holidays to be observed by Orchard Park Town offices.
