Accept agenda as published Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Sherman, to move the appointments of Brennan Garvey and Marc Priore to the front of the agenda, and group the Communications to be Voted On items in one motion. Town Clerk Newton re Meeting Minutes 2026-10 of May 28, 2026 Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Breidenstein, to approve Meeting Minutes 2026-10 of May 28, 2026. Ayes: 3 Noes: 0 Abstain: 2 Motion Carried Voting For: Gary Dickson, Mary Sherman, Robert Breidenstein Voting Against: None Abstain: Councilmembers Priore and Robertson OLD BUSINESS 1. Town Clerk Newton re Proofs of Publication and posting of legal notice "OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO HEAR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES AND CITIZENS FOR OR AGAINST THE ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW 2026-4 MODIFICATION OF CHAPTER 46-6 AVOIDABLE ALARMS" in the Town of West Seneca. Supervisor Dickson stated that the final version is not ready for review. 2. Town Clerk Newton re Proofs of Publication and posting of legal notice "OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO HEAR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES AND CITIZENS FOR OR AGAINST THE ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW 2026-3 MODIFICATION OF CHAPTER 12-20.8 OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT" in the Town of West Seneca. Town Attorney Trapp stated the Code Enforcement Office has requested a minor change, and he will have the final version prepared for the next Town Board Meeting. 1
