WHEREAS, the 2026 public hearing on the use of 2027/2028 Erie County Community Development Block Grant (ECCDBG) program was discussed; and WHEREAS, all proposed Community Development projects must be ranked in order of priority by the Town, and the Town has additionally been requested to submit a letter of support for Rural Transit Services. NOW, THEREFORE be it, RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the following resolutions: • Authorize the Town Supervisor to sign, submit, and execute applications/contracts for the Erie County CDBG program with the following priority: o Priority 1.) Any reasonable proposal presented here, before the Town Board, that meets the necessary criteria of a CDBG-funded project and is agreed upon by a majority of the Board's members. o Priority 2.) Authorize the Town Supervisor to submit a letter of support for the Rural Transit Service — Van Program.
