Planning Board approval for 11 Cobham Drive's Change in Use. WHEREAS, at the Planning Board's March 12, 2026 meeting they recommended a Change in Use be approved for 11 Cobham Drive. NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve a Change in Use for Planning Board File #03-26, 11 Cobham Drive, located in the Quaker Centre Industrial Park, Zoned I-1. (SBL#161.18-2-3.12); and be it further RESOLVED, that the Change in Use is from Light Industrial to Vehicle Storage Facility with the following stipulations: 1. Personal use only 2. Nothing service or rental related 3. This is a private collection of classic cars
