If anyone appearing before the Town Board has a family, financial or business relationship with any member of the Board, it is incumbent upon that person to make it known under State Law and the Town Code of Ethics. Anyone attending a Town Board meeting or work session should review Chapter 85 of the town code for rules of decorum regarding Public Meetings. Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release the $61,000.00 held in escrow under PIP #2024- 03 for the completion of Energizing 9 Street Lights, Installation of Bernstein Survey Monuments and Seeding all remaining disturbed areas per NYSDEC Phase II regulations in the Birdsong Subdivision Part 3B Phase 2B to Forbes Homes Inc. V PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VI NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve a resolution requiring exact cash payments for School and Property Taxes. 2. Town Board to approve a pay rate adjustment for a clerk in the Records Management Office. 3. Town Board to approve an appointment to the Board of Assessment Review. 4. Town board to approve the appointment of a part-time clerk for the Assessor’s Office.
