This stream bank stabilization work will be done in conjunction with the Dennis Road Culvert Replacement Project that is scheduled to start in June 2026. I, therefore, recommend that you approve Floodplain Development Permit FDP# 2026-01 for stream bank stabilization work for James Mosner at 5349 Dennis Road; Orchard Park, New York 14127.
