Re: Application for Floodplain Development (#2026-02) 7425 Jewett Holmwood Road WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has received from Eagle Ridge Recreation Association an application for Floodplain Development to replace two 36-inch culverts at 7425 Jewett Holmwood Road, Orchard Park, New York 14127; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found them to be acceptable. All necessary fees have been paid. NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve the application for the Floodplain Development Permit #2026-02 to replace two 36-inch culverts at 7425 Jewett Holmwood Road, Orchard Park, New York 14127 as recommended by the Town Engineer.
