If notified, please move in a calm and orderly fashion to the nearest exits”. If anyone appearing before the Town Board has a family, financial or business relationship with any member of the Board, it is incumbent upon that person to make it known under State Law and the Town Code of Ethics. Anyone attending a Town Board meeting or work session should review Chapter 85 of the town code for rules of decorum regarding Public Meetings. II MINUTES Regular Town Board: September 2, 2026 III PUBLIC HEARING 1. Public Hearing regarding proposed Local Law “Over-Ride Tax Levy limit established in General Municipal Law section 3-c” IV PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* V NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve the appointment of Part-time staff for the Orchard Park Recreation Department. 2. Town Board to approve the appointment of Steven Blidy to the Orchard Park Parks and Grounds Department. 3. Town Board to appoint a Library Trustee to the Orchard Park Library Board. 4. Town Board to approve the Supervisor to sign and the Town Board to approve the STOP-DWI contract with Erie County. 5. Town Board to approve the Supervisor to sign and the Town Board to approve a contract with the SPCA regarding the Animal Control Officer/Dog Control Officer to cover October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027. 6. Town Board to approve a Budget Transfer in the Engineering Department. 7. Town Board to authorize a Site Plan and Building Permit for 3129 Orchard Park Road.
