PUBLIC NOTICE Village of Orchard Park NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the resolution of the Village of Orchard Park Board of Trustees on August 10, 2026 authorizing expenditure from the Reserve for Equipment, not to exceed $148,000.00 for the purchase of a 2026 Kenworth T480 with an 11’ Dump Body is subject to a permissive referendum as required by General Municipal Law. Interested persons may file petitions with the Village Clerk during business hours for a period of thirty (30) days.
