PUBLIC NOTICE Village of Orchard Park NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday September 14, 2026 in the Municipal Center, 4295 S. Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, New York on the following special use application: Gregory Wollen 4957 Ellicott Rd. Orchard Park, NY 14127 SBL #173.69-1-9 Applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit to establish a short-term rental establishment. All persons concerned with or interested in the above application will be given the opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing. The meeting room is wheelchair accessible.
