Orchard Park, NY 14127 SBL #162.17-6-4 Applicant is requesting a Variance to Municipal Code Section 225.11(C)(1)(A) Applicant is requesting a Variance to erect a 5 ft. fence in a side yard and a 5 ft. fence in an exterior side yard (4 ft. solid fence with a 1 ft. lattice topper). The code stipulates a 4 ft. maximum height. Appearance: Jessica Kruska, Jay Herlan Discussion: A brief discussion of the proposal was presented. The Board had no questions for the applicant. After the roll call, a negative referral was given regarding the decision by the Board. The applicant began to barrage the Board with questions and statements. The Board clarified and directed the applicant with the proper procedures regarding this matter. 3
