PUBLIC NOTICE Village of Orchard Park PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing has been scheduled by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Orchard Park at 7:00 p.m. on August 10, 2026 in the Municipal Center, 4295 South Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, New York on the following proposed Local Law for 2026: Proposed Local Law 2026 Adding to the Village of Orchard Park Municipal Code Chapter 82 “Alcohol – Possession and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in Public Places” Copies of the proposed law are available in the Village Office and will be available at the Public Hearing. All persons concerned with or interested in the above proposal will be given the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
