Planning Board Village of Orchard Park Jine 2, 2026 Applicant is requesting a Variance to erect a 6 ft. high solid fence in the side and exterior side yards. Code allows 4 ft. in side yard and 0 ft. in exterior side yard. Appearance: same Discussion: A conditional approval of a positive referral was given to a modified fence application after discussion by the Planning Board. The modification is as follows: a five ft. total height which includes a 4 ft. solid fence with a 1 ft. lattice topper.
