TOWN OF WEST SENECA ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION AGENDA DATE Thursday, June 18, 2026 TIME 6:30 PM LOCATION Large Conference Room, West Seneca Community Center, 1300 Union Road, West Seneca, NY 14224 CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF MINUTES • May 21, 2026 ISSUES OF THE PUBLIC CORRESPONDENCE ONGOING COMMISSION PROJECTS • Update on Tree Inventory Grant. • Continue discussion on Bee hotels, and other ideas aimed at protecting pollinators in our local environment. Add this to Park Cleanup Subcommittee as discussed at the May 21st meeting. GOVERNANCE • Vote on Barb Lipiew as Associate Member • Nomination for Financial Secretary of the commission NEW BUSINESS • Review and discussion of the commission’s planning spreadsheet. Including: • Priority and action on any AI Data Center recommendations to the Town Board. • Add an item for consideration of Rooftop Solar installations on Town owned buildings. ADJOURNMENT 1
