There was one comment from the floor of items not on the agenda.

Kathy Foster (15 Melberry Trail) – Resident for the Town of Orchard Park. Wanted to know
why garbage is different and residents were not notified. The Village Board informed Kathy that
this is a Village meeting, not a Town, so she will need to contact Town Engineering Department
and passed along their number.

Code Enforcement Officer Gullo – May is building safety month. Safe homes build strong
communities.

Manager of Public Works Wittmeyer – Potholes are currently being patched in the Village and
brush is continuing to be picked up.

Trustee Even had nothing to report.

Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Atkinson had nothing to report.

Attorney Bailey had nothing to report.
