PUBLIC NOTICE Village of Orchard Park NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday April 27, 2026 in the Municipal Center, 4295 S. Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, New York on the following special use application: Seemore Outdoor Media, LLC 6390 W. Quaker St. Orchard Park, NY 14127 SBL #161.20-5-22.1 Applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit to convert an existing space to create a dwelling unit. All persons concerned with or interested in the above application will be given the opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing. The meeting room is wheelchair accessible.
