PUBLIC NOTICE Village of Orchard Park NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday April 27, 2026 in the Municipal Center, 4295 S. Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, New York on the following special use application: Cody Michels 4214 North Buffalo St. Orchard Park, NY 14127 SBL #162.17-1-6 Applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit to add two (2) dwelling units on the second floor as short-term rentals. All persons concerned with or interested in the above application will be given the opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing. The meeting room is wheelchair accessible.
