Requested Action:  Kindly move to appoint Kathryn Kirchmyer as Senior Police Clerk
  (HELPS) in the Police Department, effective July 6, 2026, to be paid in
  accordance with the White Collar Union Contract; Group 5, Step 1 at a
  starting salary of $52,335.07 from account code 001.3120.0137.
