TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Jason Foote, Town Engineer DATE: June 29, 2026 SUBJECT: Town Engineer re Plant 6 Sewer Facility repairs Requested Action: Please authorize the bidding for structural and miscellaneous repairs at the Plant 6 Sewer Facility. The proposed work includes the installation of new steel lintels over various door openings, brick repointing, door replacements, window replacement, concrete repairs, and other miscellaneous building repairs necessary to preserve the structural integrity and functionality of the facility. Funding for the project will be provided through the Sewer Program Maintenance Budget. Construction is anticipated to take place later this summer, following the preparation of the contract documents and completion of the competitive bidding process. Upon authorization, the project will be publicly advertised for bids, and the bidding documents will be made available for pickup at the Town offices. RESOLUTION: ATTACHMENTS: Page 81 of 253
