SUBJECT:  Chief Cosgrove re Agreement with Auctions International

Requested Action:  Kindly authorize the West Seneca Police Department to enter into an
  agreement with Auctions International, Inc., 11167 Big Tree Road,
  East Aurora, NY 14052, for the sale and disposal of old police
  vehicles.

  I kindly request that all funds generated be placed into the police
  budgetary line 50199 “Police Overtime” to help offset overtime costs
  incurred during the 2026 budget year.

  The following vehicles will be sold at auction:
