MINUTES o Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 20, 2026, were approved as written by Trustee Schuster, seconded by Trustee Padasak and carried with unanimous approval. PUBLIC HEARING - None PUBLIC COMMENT - o Edwin F. Heary from 112180 Moore Road, Springville discussed organizing a farmers’ market in the Village of Springville. Many communities in the south towns have had successful farmers markets as an event and a draw to bring people to the Village. He would like to find the most suitable location in the Village and narrowed it to 3 locations: - Leland Lot on Mechanic & Main Streets - Heritage Park
