A meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission of the Village of Springville was held at the Municipal Building, 65 Franklin Street, Springville, New York at the above date and time. Present were: Members: Bill Skura Chairman Helén Brogan-Absent Don Orton-Absent John Baronich-Vice Chairman Kelly Baker . Mike Wolniewicz-Absent ° Also present: " Jessica Schuster Clerk: Jennifer Blumenstein After the Pledge of Allegiance, Chairman Skura called the meeting to order at 7. :00pm : ‘ Chairman Skuva asked for a motion to-approve the minutes from the October14, 2025 meeting. _ John Baronich made the motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Bill Skura. All in favor, none opposed. This The Board Members took some time to review the CLG Performance Evaluation for Springville 2025, and Evaluation also known as an Audit is required every year. It helps to assess the municipality’s performance activities in‘tocal communities, ® ‘ allows for tracking preservation how The CLG Andit also shows deficiencies that may be noticed and offers suggestions on how to better improve things are being done.
