January 5, 2026 VILLAGE OF SPRINGVILLE BOARD MEETING January 5, 2026, Minutes – 7:00 PM The Regular Meeting of the Trustees of the Village of Springville was held at the Village Municipal Building, 65 Franklin Street, Springville, New York at the above date and time. Present: Mayor Timothy Michaels Trustees Russ Belscher Lindsay Buncy Mary Padasak Jessica Schuster Village Attorney Paul Weiss Police Officer Nick Budney In Charge Superintendent Duane Boberg Code Enforce- John Baker Ment Officer Clerk/Treasurer Jennifer Haberl Also Attending: Marc Gentner – SVFD Chief Todd Catalano – Natural Disaster Coordinator Max Borsuk – Springville Journal Kelly Baker Vince Roberts Joe Lowry Ashley Lowry Shane Miller - ECSO Mayor Michaels called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. MINUTES o Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 15, 2025, was approved as written by Trustee Schuster, seconded by Trustee Padasak and carried with unanimous approval. o Minutes of the Special Meeting of December 22, 2025, was approved as written by Trustee Belscher, seconded by Trustee Schuster and carried with unanimous approval. o Minutes of the Executive Session Meeting of December 22, 2025, was approved as written by Trustee Schuster, seconded by Trustee Padasak and carried with unanimous approval. FIRE REPORT o Marc Gentner updated the Board on the January statistics, 2026 budget progress and member training. Trustee Schuster wanted to let the SVFD know that she is deeply thankful for the crew and all the challenging and demanding work they do. PUBLIC HEARING o LL1 of 2026 – Tax Cap Override - Public Hearing was closed by Trustee Schuster, seconded by Trustee Padasak, and carried with unanimous approval. Page 1 of 3
