VILLAGE OF SPRINGVILLE BOARD MEETING August 24, 2026, Minutes – 6:00 PM A Special Meeting of the Trustees of the Village of Springville was held at the Village Municipal Building, 65 Franklin Street, Springville, New York at the above date and time. Present: Mayor Russel Belscher Deputy Mayor Kelly Baker Trustees Barbara Lipka Vincent Roberts Jessica Schuster Superintendent Duane Boberg Clerk/Treasurer Jennifer Haberl Mayor Belscher called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. RESOLUTIONS: o Motion to appoint Ryan F. McCann as Village Prosecutor at an annual salary of $15,450 was made by Trustee Roberts and seconded by Trustee Schuster, after a brief discussion, the motion to appoint Ryan F. McCann was passed with unanimous approval. o Motion to award the bid for the Waverly Street water project to Fairway Contracting at $399,327 with $150,000 coming from the CDBG grant was made by Trustee Baker and seconded by Trustee Schuster and passed with unanimous approval (see attached). ADJOURN Motion was made by Trustee Lipka, seconded by Trustee Schuster, and carried with unanimous approval to adjourn the Regular Session at 6:11pm.
