Chairman Ryan Wilkins led discussion on Site Plan 2501 for Ray Hammer with board members. Board members discussed/reviewed the 4 items required that needed to be added to his site plan reviewed from the last meeting. 1) Need to add all Electric meter locations 2) Ray Hammer stated he would like to remove berms and add apple trees in its place, board members agreed but want it noted on the site plans. 3) Remove Asphalt from site plan and replace with Millings. 4) All Utility locations must be shown on Site Plans. These requirements have all been added to the site plan, reviewed and approved by board members. Next meeting will occur on a needed basis. No Further business was discussed. Dan Szustakowski made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Aaron Root seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 3 ayes to 0 noes. Meeting adjourned at 7:18 pm.
