Marilla Conservation Advisory Board Meeting Minutes July 8, 2026 I. Call to Order Chairman Jim Reichert called the meeting to order at 6:40 P.M. II. Roll Call Members Present: • Jim Reichert, Chairman • Jerel Bogdan, PE • Shane Huston • Alissa Straus • Wendy Schoenwetter Members Absent: • Jake Delude, Vice Chairman • Erich Leroy • Dan Gerhardt • Lee Dobbins • Dan Santasiero III. Approval of Meeting Minutes a. Approval of the June 10, 2026 Meeting Minutes Motion by Wendy Schoenwetter, seconded by Jerel Bogdan to approve the minutes of the June 10, 2026 meeting. IV. New Business a. Park – Bat Houses o Still need to put up. Either meet outside of normal work session of have a following meeting at the park to do. b. Ag Day Update o Letters • Letters were stuffed with Erich and contain posters for additional advertising • Letters will be mailed out soon o Parade Line Up • Encourage tractors to register with Jim early for counts • 26 tractors signed up as of now (without advertising yet). Last year we had 133 tractors participate. • Potential grand marshall selected. Waiting for confirmation. o Posters/Advertising • Ready for distributing. o Miscellaneous • Budget - $9K • Trophies ordered.

• Set up will be Saturday night. Jake/Jackson will watch grounds overnight. • 10x10 show/demonstration spaces available – need to bring own fencing. • Pulling Tractor with book signing will be there again. • Haybale Toss will need fence set up this year to keep people from walking through game. • Food includes fire company, historical, Taffy’s truck, Barrett’s Kettle Corn, Brisket Food Truck, Nana’s Food Truck PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE NEXT CAB MEETING WILL BE HELD ON AUGUST 5TH AT 6:00PM.
