Marilla Conservation Advisory Board Meeting Minutes June 10, 2026 I. Call to Order Chairman Jim Reichert called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. II. Roll Call Members Present: • Jim Reichert, Chairman • Dan Gerhardt • Jerel Bogdan, PE • Lee Dobbins • Wendy Schoenwetter • Dan Santasiero Members Absent: • Jake Delude, Vice Chairman • Erich Leroy • Shane Huston • Alissa Straus III. Approval of Meeting Minutes a. Approval of the May 13, 2026 Meeting Minutes Motion by Wendy Schoenwetter, seconded by Jerel Bogdan to approve the minutes of the May 13, 2026 meeting. IV. New Business a. Ag Day Update o 11 marching bands signed up. Historically the most we ever had was 9. Expanding to Rochester groups. o Work on setting up shuttle for bands. o 26 tractors signed up as of now (without advertising yet). Last year we had 133 tractors participate. o Set up Saturday night, including vendors. Continue set up at 10am day of. o Clearwater Farms only participating in parade. o Pullers on track. o Red t-shirts for CAB volunteers. o Wendy to reach out to Angels for horse involvement. b. Ag Day Letters o Erich created sponsor letters and advertisements. o Limited sponsors needed this year. c. Carnival o Need Town organization volunteers for selling food tickets – 2 hour shifts o Bell being engraved for ceremony.

o Marilla Fire Dept. band in parade. Limited availability due to busy parade day. Look for additional interest for parade. V. Old Business VI. Open Board Presentations VII. Adjournment Motion by Wendy Schoenwetter, seconded by Dan Gerhardt, to adjourn the meeting at 7:16 P.M.
