Marilla Conservation Advisory Board Meeting Minutes March 11, 2026 I. Call to Order Vice Chairman Jake Delude called the meeting to order at 7:02 P.M. II. Roll Call Members Present: • Jake Delude, Vice Chairman • Dan Gerhardt • Erich Leroy • Lee Dobbins • Shane Huston • Alissa Straus • Wendy Schoenwetter • Dan Santasiero Members Absent: • Jim Reichert, Chairman • Jerel Bogdan, PE III. New Business a. Park Work o Wood Duck Houses – Need to scrape and replace wood shavings. Will need waders to do because ice melted o Blue Bird House Cleaning – Dan S. will try to do cleaning prior to next meeting o Bat Houses – still need to hang bat houses from prior year. Coordinate with Highway Department to complete (ladder needed) IV. Old Business a. Solar Update o Work is being done at the Two Rod Project, including survey b. Events o Ag Day • Currently 30 tractors registered for parade • Event set up will be Saturday PM • Event will start at 10am • New BBQ vendor this year • New flyers ready • Creekside Drifters booked for entertainment V. Open Board Presentations a. Reminder to members to sign their oath cards at Town Hall as soon as possible. Alissa coordinating with Sharon to bring them to the next meeting to complete. b. Stolle Road property public hearing Thursday, March 19th
