PUBLIC COMMENTS The following public comments were received: Kylie, Manhassett Street: - Questioned why the Town Board will not fill the vacancy and referred to previous statements about the importance of filling the initial vacancy Beverly Leising, Harwood Road: - Expressed displeasure that the current Town Board vacancy will not be filled Supervisor Dickson stated there are only 3 months until the election, and the winner will take the seat immediately. Priore Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to accept the resignation of Councilman Marc D. Priore effective July 10, 2026. Ayes: 4 Noes: 0 Abstain: 0 Motion Carried 2. Deputy Supervisor Greenan re Creation of "Chief Personnel Clerk" position Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Sherman, to create the position "Chief Personnel Clerk", and authorize the Supervisor's Office to submit the attached PO17 form to Erie County Personnel.
