37 Special Meeting June 23, 2026 A Special Meeting of the Marilla Town Board was held Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Marilla Town Hall, 1740 Two Rod Road, Marilla, New York 14102. Earl Gingerich Jr., Supervisor Brian Nolan, Councilwoman Matthew Dolegowski, Councilman Absent: Randy Reichert, Councilman Anthony Sebastiano, Councilman Supervisor Gingerich called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Motion: Councilman Sebastiano moved, seconded by Councilman Dolegowski to appoint Nathan Hayden to a permanent Full-time Sanitation Department/Senior Laborer to fill a vacancy. Motion Carried. Roll Call Vote: Councilman Dolegowski – Aye Councilman Reichert – Absent Councilman Nolan – Aye Councilman Sebastiano – Aye Supervisor Gingerich – Aye Motion Carried. Motion: Councilman Nolan moved, seconded by Councilman Dolegowski to have the Town assist in the Financial and training of Nathan Hayden to get his CDL License. Motion Carried. Roll Call Vote: Councilman Dolegowski – Aye Councilman Reichert – Absent Councilman Nolan – Aye Councilman Sebastiano – Aye Supervisor Gingerich – Aye Motion Carried.
