13 Special Meeting February 24, 2026 A Special Meeting of the Marilla Town Board was held Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Marilla Town Hall, 1740 Two Rod Road, Marilla, New York 14102. Earl Gingerich Jr., Supervisor Brian Nolan, Councilwoman Matthew Dolegowski, Councilman Randy Reichert, Councilman Anthony Sebastiano, Councilman Supervisor Gingerich called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Motion: Councilman Reichert moved, seconded by Councilman Nolan to authorize the Supervisor to pay off the Bond with Alden State Bank and finance Water District #5 with Town Funds. Principle paydown of $23,000 from Water District #5 along with interest owed to Alden State Bank. Town of Marilla Loan to Water District #5 3/21/26 – 3/20/27 Workers Compensation Reserve $250,000 1½% $3,750 General Fund $200,000 1½% $3,000 Conservation Reserve $210,000 1½% $3,150 Total $660,000 $9,900 Roll Call Vote: Councilman Dolegowski – Aye Councilman Reichert – Aye Councilman Nolan – Aye Councilman Sebastiano – Aye Supervisor Gingerich – Aye Motion Carried.
