MAY 27, 2026 The Year-End Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hamburg was called to order by Mayor Thomas P. Tallman at 8:04 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2025 at the Village Hall, 100 Main Street, Hamburg, New York. PRESENT: Thomas P. Tallman Mayor Jeff Davis Trustee Holly Park Trustee Jason Cozza Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer Excused: Paul Gaughan Deputy Mayor Laura Hackathorn Trustee TRUSTEE MOTIONS: 1. MOTION by Trustee Davis, seconded by Trustee Park, to increase H01.2401 Interest Earnings- CHIPS and H01.9901.0902 Transfer to Other Funds in the approximate amount of $1,064.54 which is the amount of interest earned on the Chips Capital Projects in 2025-2026 to go into the General Fund. AYES: Three NAYS: None CARRIED 2. MOTION by Trustee Davis, seconded by Trustee Park, to increase H13.2401 Interest Earnings- Legion Field Capital Project and H13.9901.0902 Transfer to Other Funds in the approximate amount of $825.83 which is the amount of interest earned on the Legion Field Capital Project in 2025-2026 to go into the project itself. AYES: Three NAYS: None CARRIED 3. MOTION by Trustee Davis, seconded by Trustee Park, to increase H16.2401 Interest Earnings- Healthy Neighborhood Capital Project Phase 2 and H16.9901.0902 Transfer to Other Funds in the approximate amount of $379.27 which is the amount of interest earned on the Healthy Neighborhood Capital Project Phase 2 in 2025-2026 to go into the General Fund. AYES: Three NAYS: None CARRIED 4. MOTION by Trustee Davis, seconded by Trustee Park, to increase H17.2401 Interest Earnings-Pool Rehab and H17.9901.0902 Transfer to Other Funds in the approximate amount of $2.34 which is the amount of interest earned on the Pool Rehab in 2025-2026 to go into the General Fund. AYES: Three NAYS: None CARRIED 5. MOTION by Trustee Davis, seconded by Trustee Park, to increase H52.2401 Interest Earnings- Water System Rehab. Capital Project and H52.9901.0902 Transfer to Other Funds in the approximate amount of $37,194.25 which is the amount of interest earned on Water System Rehab Capital Project in 2025-2026 to go into the Debt Service Reserve A.884. 125
