Town Clerk Newton re Proofs of Publication and posting of legal notice "OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO HEAR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES AND CITIZENS FOR OR AGAINST THE ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW 2026-4 MODIFICATION OF CHAPTER 46-6 AVOIDABLE ALARMS" in the Town of West Seneca. Supervisor Dickson stated the proposed local law remains pending as the Town Board awaits input from the fire companies. 2. Amendment to the Salt Storage Building WQIP Grant requirements Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to amend the SEQR resolution passed at the June 29, 2026, Town Board meeting and adopt the following: Fuel Dispensing Facility & Salt Storage Facility Design SEQR TYPE II DETERMINATION Whereas, the Town of West Seneca Town Board (the “Board”) has considered the impacts to the 1 Page 4 of 190
