SUBJECT:  Town Attorney re Local Law 2026-10 Modification of Chapter 109
  Taxation

Requested Action:  A public hearing must be scheduled to hear public comments on the
  new local law, the addition of Article IX to Chapter 109 Taxation, a
  veteran exemption dealing with permanent and total disabilities which
  is attached hereto.
